What happens in a Digital Business Audit session? We'll spend 90 minutes looking at your complete online presence together. This isn't a presentation - it's a working session where we'll review your website, social media, online listings, and discuss what you're trying to achieve. You'll see everything we're seeing in real-time, and we can answer questions as we go.

How detailed is the written report? Typically 10-15 pages, covering what we found, what we recommend, and why. The recommendations are prioritized by potential impact and effort required, so you know where to start.

What if I'm not very technical? That's completely fine. We explain everything in business terms and include step-by-step guidance for anything you might want to implement yourself. If something needs technical expertise, we'll tell you what to brief to a developer.

Do you fix the issues you identify? We focus on auditing and recommendations rather than implementation. However, we can recommend trusted local specialists if you'd prefer to have someone else handle the technical work.

What's the difference between the two services? The Digital Business Audit is broader - we'll look at everything you're doing online and help you understand your overall digital marketing situation. The Website Health Check focuses specifically on how well your website is performing and what could be improved.
