Q: Can you deliver in our area?
A: Currently Reading-based but we are open to exploring expansion to other Berkshire locations or partner venues.

A: We work with reputable local charities who have genuine digital needs and can provide meaningful feedback to participants.
Q: What if a participant has additional needs?
A: We make reasonable adjustments and work with support services. For complex needs, we'll discuss suitability case-by-case.
Q: How do you report outcomes?
A: Monthly progress reports during delivery, final outcomes report at completion, follow-up tracking at 3, 6, and 12 months post-programme.
Q: Can we customise the programme?
A: Within reason, yes. Core structure has proven effectiveness, but we can adapt content, scheduling, and reporting to meet funder requirements.
